Witch’s Subscription Box:
You will receive your witches box every month on the last week of the month,
subscription fees will come out on or around the day you start your subscription of the month, to be included for that months box you must join before the 5th of the month,
you can of course cancel at any time, or take a break, as the witch’s box is selected especially for you, they are exempt from our returns policy except in special circumstances,
it is free to join and postage on all subscription boxes is free.
We reserve the rights to cancel or change your subscription at anytime by giving you notice.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal, credit & debt cards accepted through PayPal.
If you wish to cancel or take a break you must do so before that months payment leaves your account otherwise you will be billed and receive that month’s box.
You are free to upgrade or downgrade at anytime by informing us at least 2 weeks before your box is due.
All boxes will contain an exclusive discount code for all purchases made during that month (witch’s boxes are not included with any discount codes)
Each box also contains a free raffle ticket to our monthly prize draw, each draw will take place on the 2nd of each month and the winner will be sent their prize in their next subscription box, prizes will be displayed in your members area, you can if you wish buy additional raffle tickets in any month at 2 for £1,
All proceeds go to our cats charity, more details of this can be found on our main page.
Your members section will also have free downloads available for all members, which will change regularly, so do check your members area frequently.
We treat your personal data with care and strict privacy rules, compliant with data protection laws, your information will never be passed to anyone outside of our organisation.
The witches box’s may change from our list of example items shown, but the value will always remain the same, any price differences will be notified to you at least 14 days before your subscription date (although we do not foresee any pricing differences at present for UK subscriptions)
We currently send to UK and Europe, if you live in a different part of the world contact us for a cost and a copy of our worldwide terms & conditions, before joining, but do also check with the customs office of your Country to insure your Country allows these products, as we cannot be held responsible for customs seizures or delays.
We make no claims or declarations that you will get your desired outcome using our witch’s box items, we also don't promise that your box will contain only your profile choices, although we do try to send items of interest to you, and your box can contain new items or items of our choosing and will remain a mystery box, we can not accept any special requests for certain items to be included in the mystery box. We may from time to time send you a customer’s satisfaction/suggestion survey, this is purely used to monitor our customers satisfaction in all areas, and to help us improve and to provide our customers with the best products and services they would like, if you would prefer not to take part, please let us know on your signing up form.
